Our role as parents offers huge potential to develop skills, knowledge and attributes which are in high demand and short supply in the workplace. Identifying these in isolation can be a tedious and demoralising task but as our last workshop showed, putting our heads together brings out more than enough quality skills to create a convincing CV, whatever job you are looking for.
